Ragman Collective — Shipping Policy

Effective from January 2025. Ragman Collective Studio, Unit 1A, Riverside Works, Edinburgh Road, Jedburgh, TD8 6EE.

All orders are dispatched from our studio in Jedburgh, Scottish Borders. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment clearing. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

As every item we sell is pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to offer substitutions if an item sells out between your order being placed and dispatched. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.

United Kingdom

We offer the following shipping options for all UK orders:

InPost Click & Collect — £2.99
Delivered to your nearest InPost 24/7 locker or InPost shop. Available across the UK. Estimated 2–3 working days. You will receive a notification when your parcel is ready to collect and have 72 hours to pick it up. Find your nearest locker at inpost.co.uk.

Royal Mail 48hr — £3.95 (orders under £50)
Royal Mail 48hr — Free (orders £50.00 and over)
Tracked delivery to your door. Estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail 24hr — £5.95
Tracked next working day delivery (when ordered before our daily dispatch cutoff). Estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Please note that Royal Mail delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays but will always work to resolve issues promptly.

European Union

Royal Mail International Tracked — £18.00
Tracked delivery to EU destinations. Estimated delivery times vary by country — typically 5–10 working days. Please note that import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

Rest of World

Standard International — £23.99
Available to: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and a range of further destinations. Estimated 3–17 working days depending on destination. Tracked where available. Import duties, taxes and customs charges may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

We charge a flat 50p contribution towards postage and packaging materials on every order. We reuse packaging materials wherever possible as part of our commitment to reducing waste.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at enquiries@ragmancollective.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
