Ensuring Efficient and Effective Collections

At Ragman Collective, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers while maintaining efficiency and sustainability. Our collections policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone involved. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

Missed Collections

Customers who are not present when our driver calls will not receive another free collection. It is essential to be available at the time of the scheduled collection to avoid any inconvenience.  Items can be left out if you are unable to be home when we call.  Please send through a picture/details of where items are left.

Minimum Collection Requirements

Free collections must include a minimum of 30 items. Customers consigning fewer than 30 items, such as a single bag, will be sent a postal bag instead of being visited by a driver. This policy helps us maintain efficiency and manage resources effectively.

Frequency of Collections

Customers are eligible for only one collection within any three-month period. Exceptions to this rule may be made on a case-by-case basis if agreed upon directly with Ragman Collective. This policy ensures that our services are distributed fairly among all customers.  We also ask that if you know you will have more for us please try to have it all ready for a single pick-up rather than requesting additional calls.

Route and Location Adjustments

We reserve the right to cancel collections up to one week in advance if the route or location makes a free collection uneconomical. In such instances, we may send postal bags or reschedule the collection onto a different route. This flexibility allows us to optimize our collection process and reduce unnecessary costs.
